I haven’t been able to access EarnUnited all morning. Also both PlayUnited and the casino software itself are inaccessible to me. Might just be a problem between the UK and your servers, but some reassurance would be nice.
It’s costly enough to bring in players and difficult enough to keep them without something like this

We have been informed that there was a fiber line cut several hundred meters outside of Play United’s hosting facility. It was down until just after noon EST (-5GMT). The service is back up again and all systems are fully functioning. Earn United is hosted on the same sever which is why we were unable to login, receive emails, etc. however; the server that hosts the affiliate tracking software was unaffected by the incident. As I explained, everything is up and running and no further delays are expected.
Thanks for keeping everyone informed guys.

One of their selling points was they offered later guaranteed next day delivery than their competitors and so made a hell of lot of sales in the last few days leading up to Christmas each year. Until some incompetent BT engineers cut the line to their server facility a few days before Christmas that year. They lost a hell of a lot of money.
