negative carry-overs

I was getting ready to sign up I saw the different choices for earning revenue which provide great variety. Well done.

As my decision will be driven by your answer; what is the policy on negative carry-overs with the common commission?

And if I were to choose the flat % on deposits; it says earn 15 to 20%: which is it? Or does it jump 5% if a certain quota is met; and ifso; what’s the magic number?

And for anybody who might be curious, this is the guy who ran Referback back in the day: when they were alone at the top of the heap.

I could seldom accomplish anything at RB, or for that matter get a reply to my email; until I’d send a letter to the “man” and JJ never let me down. Though I’m sure he was nearly burried in email at all times; he still always managed to send a reply and I can tell you I sent him at least one letter that was long enough you’d need to schedule an afternoon to read (or I’m sure it seemed that long anyway).
