Casino-on-Net pays the following CPA rates:
1-20 players per month => $200 CPA per player
21-40 players => $250 per player
41 players and up => $300 per playerThese rates are paid retroactively, so if you bring in say 22 players in a specific month – you will be paid $250 for all 22 of them.
