Just found out that you deduct 100% of any chargebacks in the casino and not in the poker room.
I’m a bit confused on your reasoning for taking a whole percentage when a casino player does a chargeback. I mean we only get a % of the winnings, why would we be responsible to pay the whole amount if they chargeback? I’ve never seen any other casino do it this way.
I have to completely agree with Ellen.
Deducting the entire chargeback from the affiliate makes no sense at all.
The percentage that made up the affiliate comission is appropriate, not the entire amount.
And I’m still digging myself out of a hole from a chargeback that now appears to have been the full amount rather than just the relevant percentage.
Very unfair and I hope something is done to rectify it. Plenty of other Playtechs out there I suppose…
