I’ve read that it is best to get more traffic to add one site per day to an existing website so that so called freshbots visit the site daily.
I am using the metatag revisit after 7days.
I am wondering if this so called freshbots would visit my site daily if I would actually add one site per day to my existing site if I am using this metatag.
Who knows?
If you’re referring to Google’s freshbot, all you really have to do is update the actual website, not add more sites to it. It also depends a lot of times on the size or importance of your content. Generally though, the more updating you do, the more updating they’ll do. Goodluck.

I’ve never used that Meta tag, well, not for years really, and I’ve got nearly one hundred sites that are visited daily and given fresh updates. Really, I think it purely depends on the content and not the tags.
