They advertise that you don’t get negative roll overs from previous months. I still have a negative amount deducted from my earnings from June. Any comments on this?

nevermind I found it thanks.
I had that happen to me once. Turned out it was a glitch and they solved it right away after I contacted them.
we never carry negative balances forward. Unless it wasa chageback where we do deduct the chargeback amount.
