Hello,
I just want to clarify what exactly manager credits are and where they suddenly appear from.
I checked my stats about 2 hours before the month roll over and I was about due about $500 in commission.
I checked 2 hours later, just after the midnight rollover and in that time about 3k worth of manager credits were awarded which made my stats look like this:Quote:Summary for this Pay Period Number of Clickthroughs: 292
Number of Downloaders: 99
Number of Players: 71
Number of New Depositors: 5
Total Initial Deposits: $530.00
Total Deposits: $1,389.00
Net Win: $3,388.60
Coupon Amounts Awarded: $1,250.00
Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: $3,239.00
ChargeBacks: ($110.00)Net Profit: (Net Win – Coupons – Credits – Chargebacks) ($1,242.27)
Amount Deducted: $32.25
Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: $0.00
Amount Added For Reversed Bans: $0.00
Amount Earned: ($372.68)
Amount Earned From Tiers: $0.00
Amount Accrued This Period: ($311.61)That was some turn around.. That doubled the manager credits awarded over the history of the program.
Also I believe you have no negative carry over? well mines still showing.
Anyway, apart the last couple of months the Cirrus program has done well for me!
Thanks,
Hamish
(my cirrus id is 414 btw)

I will investigate and get back to you asap
ThanksJuly 2, 2004 at 8:41 pm #651323AnonymousGuestI don’t know why anybody ever bothers with RTG. Their “system” of tracking and “manager credits” etc , whether legit or not; waters down the commission so very much that any RTG casino I have promoted in the last 3 years has not even been able to pay for the damn traffic I send them.
RTG SUCKS!
Oh ya, and here’s a great example. Just recently Playsafe posted his stats at an RTG casino and he had something like triple digits in real depositing players and because of “manager credits” he was $500 in the hole.
How would you like to have send 100, 200 real depositing players and not have seen a dime for your troubles?
promote RTG and you’ll find out.
July 2, 2004 at 9:02 pm #651325AnonymousGuestAnother problem with a lot of the RTG programs: their stats don’t set to zero when you havea negative balance until you ASK them to reset it.
This month, July, I have three RTG programs showing a negative balance carried over from June. Why isn’t the program set up to automatically zero it out?
Also, like you said, although I had over $3,000 in deposits a while ago at one program, I ended up with 10% of that, due to manager credits – and I don’t see any sign of the lucky players returning.
One exception to this is Adriches, I haven’t had a negative balance with them yet, but their stats program is entirely different, so I don’t anticipate the same carry-over problem with them.
July 2, 2004 at 9:08 pm #651327AnonymousInactiveTrue there is some RTG casinos that do not convert at all. But there is some very decent RTG casinos as well.
I only promote a few RTG casinos, but these I feel are very trustworthy
Gambling Wages – Show good signs just from the short period of promoting them.
Wager Profits – does well every month
July 2, 2004 at 9:48 pm #651338AnonymousInactiveI am dealing with Hamish’s issue. As for the rest of the thread it does not belong here in the GamblingWages forum. Professor can you please move this to another area and it can be discussed there
Thanks
July 2, 2004 at 9:58 pm #651340AnonymousGuestOh, I’m sorry – I didn’t even look at where this thread was – I got it off the list of “new posts”
Sorry, John.
July 2, 2004 at 10:47 pm #651353AnonymousInactiveQuick question John,
Since you guys do a lot of manager credits I thought you could answer.
If you you give a manger credit to a player and they play it out will this reflect in my stats? The reason I ask is it seems like you guys and other casinos give them out and they stay on your stats all month. Basically if the players plays the credit shouldn’t it be reflected on affiliate stats?
July 6, 2004 at 12:30 am #651534AnonymousInactiveEverything is sorted with Gambling Wages for me now.
Thanks JOhn

July 7, 2004 at 12:16 am #651579AnonymousGuestAs for the rest of the thread it does not belong here in the GamblingWages forum.
If you have affiliates concerned with manager credits; then this is the perfect place to discuss it. If not here, then where should they go?
the problem is; is that nobody running an RTG casino wants to discuss it because despite whatever spin you want to attach to the matter, it doesn’t even begin to explain away such a blatant leakage of commissions.
Whatever the reasoning is; it does little if anything to alleviate the bitter taste of seeing stats that show stuff like total deposits $2000 – manager credits $1995
and it IS that rediculous.
ps.
thanks Aleph. Made my day.
July 7, 2004 at 12:37 am #651580AnonymousInactiveI just realized that my negatives have been carrying over since day 1?
Are negatives not supposed to carry over in the Gambling Wages program?
July 7, 2004 at 3:08 am #651584vladcizsolMemberI went ahead and moved this thread as its evolved into a generic discussion of RTG casinos and their bonuses and manager credits.
July 7, 2004 at 4:04 am #651588AnonymousInactiveI’m still waiting for John the answer.
July 8, 2004 at 11:00 am #651705AnonymousGuestit might be a long wait em, because I think this was moved out of that thread and into somewhere different.
