We are delighted to announce the completion of our merger with FindWhat.com (NASDAQ:FWHT), a leading performance based marketing player based in the United States. The merger will create the largest independent pay-per-click player, servicing over 100,000 clients on 3 continents. A: No, Espotting will continue to provide country specific traffic. Although the companies will merge, the distribution networks will remain separate. However, as a result of the merger, you can benefit from an increase in high-quality traffic from different territories if you wish, provided your company can service those territories. For example, you can now open a US account with FindWhat.com.

Q: Which market does FindWhat.com operate in?
A: The United States.

Q: How can I benefit from the merger and get US traffic from FindWhat.com immediately?
A: For now, you have to open up a separate FindWhat.com account. We can assist you with that.
