Hello everyone… I am very excited to be here as this is my first post. I am really motivated to make this work. I have wanted to be a casino affiliate for a long time but never had the time….
now I do :bigsmile: … but my only worry is, are there any legal issues that I will run into with being an affiliate in the United States? I do not want to start doing this… sink time and money into it then get shut down for illegal gambling.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this site is awesome… you people are great :pI’ve heard that there are legal issues. Should be a lot of info on this board regarding this if you do a search for “legal” or “law” and “laws”.
You might also take a look at [url]http://www.firstamendment.com.[/url] I understand that Mr. Walters is an expert in this area of the law.
And a caveat: don’t rely on a message board for your legal advice. Not that the info here is bad; just that it shouldn’t be your primary source of legal info when you’re getting involved in a business function.
