Hi everyone-
I’ve had great luck with CasinoBlasters affiliate program. I’m on their CPA program and am averaging $50 profit per signup after PPC costs.

They don’t indicate it anywhere on their site, but CasinoBlasters pays 10 levels deep. (Per Fred my account manager…)
Great program though–if I can help at all, let me know. I’ve been pretty pleased with my results, and I haven’t done anything to get those results that are terribly difficult.
