Espotting Germany not accepting gambling advertising anymore

Dear Mr. …,

as you know, the placement of any advertising for online-casinos that are not officially lizened by the German government is illegal
in Germany. In the past we tried to get around this by asking you to set-up a landing-page which only runs online-games with no
money involved.

Yesterday a number of our German affiliates have received dissuasions from a lawyer in the name of the official, state-run casino in Kiel. This would be the start to a very complicated and exhausting legal battle in front of a German court, which we can not be certain to win.

For this reason we sadly don’t see any alternative, but to stop any casino related campaigns. We shall transfer back to you any budget
that is still on your German Espotting account.
